Onlyart Stainless Steel Sculptures Production Process
1. Discuss with the customer the specific pictures of the metal stainless steel sculpture and the metal sculpture theme, style, customer purpose, placement, space size, etc. to determine the preliminary design direction. 2. Sketches and design drawings for sculpture, our 3D modeling team produces 3D drawings or sketches to create detailed design drawings. These drawings include details such as the sculpture's size, structure, surface treatment, and more. Then let the customer confirm before proceeding to the next step. 3. Waiting for the customer to confirm the 3D drawing and small grinding tools, then we will start preparing the materials chosen by the customer for preliminary production. For stainless steel sculptures, considering its corrosion resistance, strength and processing characteristics, the general materials available in our Onlyart factory are metal 304 stainless steel plates and 316 stainless steel plates. They can also be made according to materials specified by customers.4. Our Onlyart Sculpture Factory uses laser cutting, plasma cutting or waterjet cutting technology for precise cutting processing to cut the stainless steel material into the required shape and size, and then prepare the cut material for the next step.
5. Welding, we use laser welding or argon arc welding to weld and assemble the cut stainless steel sculpture pieces together, so that the general model outline of the stainless steel sculpture appears. Stainless steel metal sheets are easily deformed during welding, but our Onlyart Sculpture factory can solve this problem of welding deformation.
6. Grinding and polishing: Grind the welding parts and surfaces to remove welding marks and defects. Then polish or perform other surface treatments (such as brushing, spray painting, chrome plating, etc.) according to customer needs to obtain the final surface effect.
7. Install embedded parts at the bottom of the sculpture. Sometimes customers put the stainless steel sculpture directly on the ground, so there is no need to install embedded parts at the bottom of the sculpture. Many customers need to weld it to the cement floor, so we It is necessary to make embedded parts.
